Children interact with our Services through accounts set up and managed by Parents/Guardians. These accounts are designed with safety and limited functionality in mind, including:
Viewing and participating in shared family activities.
Using milestone trackers, chore management tools, or educational features.
Adding preferences or interests under parental oversight.
Restricted Features: Children cannot make purchases, upload photos, or share information beyond the family circle.
We use children’s information only for the purpose of delivering and improving our Services.
Internal Use: Information is used to personalize features such as milestone trackers and educational recommendations.
No Marketing: Children will not receive marketing emails, advertisements, or promotional materials.
Limited Sharing: Information is not shared with third parties, except with service providers necessary to operate our platform (e.g., cloud storage providers). All third-party vendors are required to comply with COPPA and our data privacy standards.
Parents/Guardians have the following rights and controls over their child’s data:

Recordings: Recorded interactions are securely stored for up to 30 days, unless otherwise requested by Parents/Guardians or required for legal obligations.

Security: All recordings are encrypted and stored securely to protect privacy.
Our Services may include links to third-party tools or services. While we ensure that any integrated third-party tools comply with COPPA, we encourage Parents/Guardians to review the privacy policies of external platforms before use. LaunchFamily is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites.
We implement robust security measures to protect the personal information of children, including:
