LaunchFamily SMS & A2P Messaging Terms

A-1. Program Description
By checking the “I agree to receive transactional text messages” box (which is unchecked by default), you authorize LaunchFamily to send transactional or utility SMS messages such as:
- Login verification codes
- Family reminders and tasks
- Urgent service notifications
Typical volume is up to 4 messages per user per week.
A-2. Opt-In Consent
- The checkbox must be manually selected by the user. We never pre-check it.
- We capture and store the following at the time of opt-in: timestamp, IP address, and user ID.
A-3. Opt-Out & Help
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any LaunchFamily text message. To get help, reply HELP.
Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
A-4. Data Privacy
- Opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.
- SMS-collected information is not sold or transferred.
- Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will never be shared with third parties, including affiliates.
- SMS consent logs are retained for at least 2 years or the carrier-mandated look-back period (whichever is longer), after which they are securely deleted.
